The EB1 Card (the “Card”) is issued by (the “Issuer”) pursuant to a license from Visa.
These Card Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the Issuer and govern your use of the Card.
EB1 Lifestyle DMCC (“EB1”) provides program management, technology infrastructure, and client platform services in connection with the Card. EB1 is not the issuer of the Card and is not a bank or deposit-taking institution.
By activating or using the Card, you agree to be bound by these Card Terms.
Card Issuance and Agreement
Product Structure
The EB1 Card is a commercial charge product designed for business use only.
The Card does not permit revolving consumer credit. All outstanding Charges must be settled in accordance with the applicable settlement cycle described below.
The Card is not intended for personal, consumer, or household use.
Interest and Charges
The Card does not currently accrue interest on Charges.
If the Issuer introduces interest or additional charges in the future, any such changes will be made in accordance with applicable law and you will be provided with prior notice as required.
EB1 does not independently determine or apply interest rates.
Fees
Foreign Exchange Fee (non-settlement currency): up to 3%
Cross-Border Fee: up to 3%
Additional fees, if applicable, will be disclosed in the Fee Schedule provided prior to activation.
Collateral and Digital Asset Security
Where applicable, access to the Card may require the provision of digital asset collateral via a connected wallet (the “Collateral”).
The Collateral serves as security for Charges incurred on the Card.
A liquidation event may occur if:
(a) you fail to satisfy an outstanding settlement obligation within the applicable settlement period; or
(b) the market value of your Collateral falls below the required maintenance threshold and you fail to provide additional collateral within the specified timeframe.
Liquidation mechanics and valuation methodology will be described in the applicable programme documentation.
Digital assets are volatile and subject to market risk. You acknowledge and accept the risk of fluctuations in market value.
Spending Limits
Spending limits are established by the Issuer and may be supported by Collateral where applicable.
Limits may be adjusted at the Issuer’s discretion in accordance with risk management requirements.
Permitted Use
The Card may only be used for lawful commercial purposes.
The Issuer and EB1 reserve the right to decline or block transactions that:
Present elevated risk
Violate sanctions laws
Constitute prohibited merchant activity
Are inconsistent with business use
Prohibited transactions may include cash-like instruments, gambling activity, unlawful transfers, or other restricted activities as determined by the Issuer.
Regulatory Status
The Card is issued by a regulated financial institution under applicable licensing requirements.
Funds associated with the Card are not bank deposits unless expressly stated by the Issuer and may not be protected by deposit insurance schemes.
EB1 does not provide investment advice, custody services, or brokerage services in connection with the Card.
Governing Law
These Card Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Issuer Jurisdiction].
